I just realized today that I never published a review of My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2, which I saw on my birthday a couple weeks ago. So, without further ado, here it is!

14 years after the first installment of the series was released, the Portokalos family returns for an even bigger wedding. Who the wedding is for will definitely surprise you if you’re familiar with the franchise. We find MBFGW 2 following Toula Portokalos (Nia Vardalos) and Ian (John Corbett) yet again as they navigate their marriage through the craziness that is Toula’s family. Come to find out, Toula and Ian’s marriage may not be as strong as they believed. But thanks to a huge family secret that brings the family together, Toula and Ian find the rejuvenation that their marriage needed.

MBFGW 2 is every bit zany, corny as its predecessor. However, what both films, especially the second, have is heart and soul. It’ll give you a good feeling after viewing it. I enjoyed the first film in the series but I have to say I enjoyed this one even more. I would definitely recommend it!
