I discovered that I have not written a feature on the insanely talented John Lindahl, so here you go.
John is a multi-threat artist: singer, songwriter, dancer. You name it, he could most likely do it. He recently released an EP entitled Changes under Logic’s label Elysium and it is unequivocally amazing. But first, a bit of background.
According to a biography on his website, John started out like many in his field – with musical theatre – later impressing at both local and national productions. In 2011, at just 15 years old, John sung as a part of the group “Intensity” on season one of FOX’s The X-Factor USA. But John had much larger goals for himself, ultimately, to create and perform his own music. Two years later, he signed a deal with L.A. Reid’s Epic Records and has continued to grow as an artist since. That includes expanding his resume to work with the likes of Justin Timberlake and Timbaland, according to a biography on Elysium.
John exudes a special kind of passion with his art and one can see this translate to his songs and music videos. Changes is a wonderful example of this as well. Plus, John is truly passionate about his fans and is always willing to show love to them. I have had numerous small convos with him via social media and I haven’t even met the guy. But I really hope I can, someday. Just to express to him in person how much I appreciate his art.
Check out the tune “My World” from Changes and be sure to grab your copy of this talented dude’s work.
