It’s the first New Music Monday of the year and do I have a talented artist for you this week!

Benson Price Jones is an artist who, I feel, will be a household name sooner rather than later. I became acquainted with both him and his brother, Spencer, via Cinematic Pop. The group competed on America’s Got Talent and I instantly became a fan. From there, I’ve kind of become social media pals with Jones and am stoked to finally feature some of his solo work on the blog.

Golden /// Shadows is a two-song project released just last week. With these, Jones showcases his tremendous writing skill and unique voice. Both tunes have a sort of ethereal, vibey sound that envelope the listener and make them want to listen over and over again. Jones is no doubt a talented dude and one you should look out for.
